This converted 'Oxen shed' is situated at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy, detached, single story property with a whirlpool bath, electric wood effect stove and pretty wrought iron bed. We have fast wifi, parking and an open working fireplace for those cosy nights in with a bottle of red.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.
