If you are spending all your time outside and just looking for a bed and a bath with a lower price, then our Basic Rooms are a great choice. Choose from either two twin beds or one queen, these rooms are made just for two people. Each with a private bath, some with showers only and some with tubs. Extra beds are not available for these rooms. All of our basic rooms have outside porches, wifi, HD TV and air conditioning, small refrigerators and in-room Seattle's Best Coffee service.

Upstairs bedrooms feature pillow-top queen beds, work desks, spacious closets, and spa-inspired separate bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower that includes a rainfall showerhead & the other with a full-sized bathtub. The suite includes a downstairs living area that comes with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, guest powder room, and laundry area with both washer and dryer + pool view!

Studio One's waterfront rental is located on the ground level. Our units differ vastly from other Florida Keys lodgings because our property is right on Florida Bay. If you trailer your boat, the dockage is a few feet from the back door. Our docks can handle boats up to 25’ and you can park your trailer in our front lot. There is a boat ramp just two blocks away. Studio 1 can sleep 2 adults and one child (up to 12 years). We have a king size bed and a futon.

There is no better place for your Key West stay than Mallory House. This historic circa 1890’s home is located on Duval Street in the Gato Cigar Factory Village. Mallory House is steps away from famous attractions, restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Stay within close proximity to the Southernmost point and beach, the Hemingway house and lighthouse. Relax in this private cottage located in the heart of Old Town Key West. The cottage sports 2 private bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a queen pullout couch, full living room and kitchen, & deck area that surrounds one of our pools. Enjoy our daily complimentary breakfast, 3 pools, wifi, and TV. Perfect for a group of up to 6 or families! We have paid parking first come first serve, or you can find free street parking.
