We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. The house hast been completely renovated. The Apartment is in the first floor. It's attraktiv and it is lovly incide. There is a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for another one or two people, bathroom with toilete/shower. You are welcome to use the garden and the pool. The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

This pretty apartment with private parking is centrally located in the beautiful Golddorf Winnekendonk, a district of the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. In the village there are bakery, restaurants, supermarket and a mini golf course (from May). Bus stop right outside the door. You can reach the city center of Kevelaer in just a few minutes. The Netherlands and Weeze Airport are only a few minutes drive. Fleuth, Niers and Sonsbecker Switzerland invite you to hike and cycle.

There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.
