The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. Our dogs, a flock of chickens and geese, as well as several horses and ponies, who are allowed to spend their twilight years here, live with us.
