We accept 1 small well trained dog (£15 per stay). We ask that your fur baby not be on furniture or bed, & please don't leave them unattended. Not suitable for kids.

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.

Situated in the Georgian market town of Cockermouth, our charming 2 bedroom property is part of a former Grammar school listed building. Only a few miles from the Lake District National Park and Solway Coastline, Scholars Cottage is superbly situated for you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and some of the best local walking routes during your stay.
