Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

The property is heated by gas central heating and comprises two bedrooms (one tv-king size bed and a single bed). Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer , washing machine and microwave. The original staircase that leading to first floor is quite steep. Private Parking space for 1 car to side of property (and on-street parking). All fuel and bed linen provided.
