The newly built holiday apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. From the spacious terrace, there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.

The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
