This beautiful and historic landmark from 1933 is located right on the beach. The views are truly breathtaking and the area is very peaceful with the sound of singing birds. There are 2 bedrooms in the house: one, on the ground floor with 2 single beds and a master bedroom upstairs, also with room for 2 people. Lovely light and spacious accommodation of 54 m2 with good location right next to Storebælt, and at the same time close to Kerteminde town (1.5 km to center) The house is from 2009 and recently renovated. It is year-round insulated and beautiful all year round, and regardless of the weather you can sit either inside or out on the covered terrace and enjoy the ocean change nature all the time. Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

(Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)
