The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The accommodation is a small (~ 35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Hase" can also be booked.

Peene Hus: Our new project in Klein Köthel is now completely renovated. The cottage is situated on a large meadow very close to the Köthel stream, also called the small Peene. The old barn of the kate has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area.
