Die ehemalige Bauernkate, 1850 erbaut, bietet mit seinen 125 qm Wohnfläche und 1000 qm Grundstück Platz für 5 Personen. Die 3 Etagen des Cottages und der 3 geteilte Garten bieten Raum für Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Ein Tag am Strand endet mit der Freude auf ein gemütliches Zuhause.

Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-trained dog up to knee height can be brought along, please inquire before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbit). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

It is 32 km to Fischland-Zingst-Darß, with its long white sandy beaches. Vacationers enjoy the 145 m² ground-level living space and the large garden to themselves.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

The Bodden landscape can be explored wonderfully by bike. And if you feel like it, you can also jump into the water. Relax and forget about everyday life. Fishing lovers will also get their money's worth. There is a boat dock on the Bodden
