Ocean dreams? With ocean views of the lagoon and the island of Zingst! Are you looking for a low-budget accommodation but need your privacy, enough space and a feel-good atmosphere on vacation? There is plenty of space here for a good price. It has 65 m² and is in the old town of Barth with a beautiful water view of the Barth Bodden and the "Adlige Fräuleinstift", founded in 1733. It is in the best location, quiet (Spielstraße) and yet central, right by the park, only 2 min. Walking distance to the market and also to the harbor promenade.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.
