The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Quietly located, with terrace and meadow right outside the door. Just a few kilometers by bike or a few minutes by car away is the fine sandy beach of Zingst – ideal for a sea breeze and a break. A refuge between gentle greenery and maritime expanse – perfect for unwinding and taking a deep breath. Our tiny houses are not suitable for children and infants due to their size, spatial conditions and furnishings. The accommodation is designed exclusively for adults.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.
