It is in a prime location, 300 meters from the water, quiet (play street) and yet central, directly on the park, in 2 minutes walk you can reach the market square and also the harbor promenade.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 square meters and ideally suited for two people plus a toddler. It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate underfloor heating. You will be living not far from the center, which is within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to seeing you.

The picturesque Bodden is also within walking distance and invites you to take relaxing walks by the water. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
