This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot. This single story house is ideal for comfort and security, with a large yard and plenty of privacy. It's also less than a block from the Silver Line bus route that whisks you to downtown GR. Lakefront Cottage on All Sports Lake

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
