Cozy Larkspur Cabin

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Steps from historic Pt Richmond markets, cafes, galleries, and restaurants it's near local beaches and hiking trails as well as San Francisco, Berkeley, and Sonoma's wine country. A pleasant Bay breeze cools and comforts guests. We live on site with a separate entry and are glad to answer questions.

Perched at the top of the historic Dipsea Steps, the apartment is a short walk from Mill Valley’s enchanting boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Jump on trails and hike the Headlands, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach. The studio has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, Nespresso machine and a microwave. Please note, it’s definitely not for cooking meals.

We're following strict sanitizing and washing protocols and provide cleaning supplies in the unit. We're in a quaint neighborhood in a flat area of Mill Valley. This space is comfortable for 1 and cozy for 2. A mile from downtown Mill Valley, many great hiking/mountain biking trails and San Francisco is 10 miles away.

It is in a large, very safe, gated historic property with lovely gardens and a central lawn, ideally located in sunny Central Marin just 20 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and 45 min from wine country.
