The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

This spacious cottage was originally a music studio for one of the owners, a musician. Now in its next life as a guesthouse, you can still feel the happy vibe of the space. The cottage has been recently renovated and is fresh, upscale, and very Marin. The light-filled great room has soaring 20' ft. ceilings and walls of windows looking out onto woodlands.
