At our cottage you will find a comfortable bed, stylish furniture, high-end finishes, a large island, screened-in outdoor dining table, and a great outdoor space with a private hot tub. Small dog only, under 15 pounds, pet fee required.

This unit is attached to the main house with a private entrance. A designated concrete parking space is located in the front yard. The neighborhood is family friendly and very safe. Minutes from beaches, museums, the newest mall built in the country. Every type of restaurant imaginable. Sarasota International Airport and Nathan Benderson Park, which hosts world class rowing events, are only a few minutes away.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lido beach is only 17 minutes away from the house. Siesta beach is only 19 minutes drive from the property. Downtown is a 6 minutes drive and a 34 minutes of walk. Beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella available by request. Please let us know if needed and we leave it in house for your use.
