Great location and cute apartment! Charming decor and conveniently within walking distance from good restaurants and coffee shops. Susan was a great host!

Ryan’s place was great! He offered a flexible check in after the cleaners were finished, provided clear instructions to get in, and everything looked like the pictures. It was a private and cozy place to stay that was walkable to a lot of things and was very close to water. Definitely recommend as a place to stay when visiting Portland.

great stay, clean place, very quiet

Scott’s place was great. Very airy and full of sunlight in the morning. Quiet, lovely view, close to the beach. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were only there one night but could easily have settled in and stayed longer.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

This was a place I would gladly rent again should the occasion arise.

This is a great place to stay just outside of Ogunquit its only 7 mins down the road. All the comforts of home and amenities. We would stay here again. it's also centrally located enough to do ALOT we went as far south as Boston and as far north as Acadia national park and as far west as white mountain national forest.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We had a great time here! Stephen was super responsive and flexible and the place was perfect for our big group. Everything was very clean and had great additions like the games and outdoor furniture. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Mary Jane House. Katie was very accommodating to our schedule. The house is appointed with so many niceties to make your stay better; bottles of water and truffles by the bed, toiletries, plenty of paper products, a welcome bag with snacks and so much more! The easy walk to town (less than 8 mins) was a treat since you get to see all of the beautiful historic houses on the side streets. With all the walking we did we slept like babies in the super comfortable bed. We also brought our Frenchie and she loved walking around KPT and getting lots of attn. there is a cute park just down the street. Places we loved: Arundel Wharf, the Boat House, the Pilot House bar on the ship, Alisson’s after dinner, breakfast at Mike’s and our favorite, Ryan’s Irish Pub - bring your $1 bills for this place!

Delightful Fall getaway. Open house design with gorgeous view of lake. Nice big yard with seating and fire-pit. VERY comfortable beds, and bathroom with 2 sinks! Kitchen had everything we needed - plus fruit and candy! Even the laundry room was beautiful! James was most thoughtful and responsive as our host. Recommend highly!

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

I had been staying here for 2 weeks and extended for another week. Again, just a great stay with very communicative hosts.

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Great small place right next to the beach. Amazing location no complaints. Definitely a popular spot in august I can only imagine!

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Such a great place to stay! So peaceful and quiet! Definitely will return!!
