Vacation rentals with beach access in Kennebunk

We drove right to it, although it seemed a little off the beaten path. Once inside, the space was small but very comfortable for our family of 6. We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The neighbor, Mike, introduced himself and offered to give us recommendations for anything we might need in the area. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t venture out to see the area at all.

Beautiful location just outside of Portland. Host was very nice and communicative, would recommend staying there!

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

This apartment is the perfect place for a weekend or longer get away, for a couple to explore Portland and all it's eccentric places. Easy to walk to both the harbor and Munjoy Hill shopping and eating attractions. We came into town for a concert at Bayside Bowl of all places--awesome entertainment. Don't miss out on Susan's place--very tastefully renovated with a keen eye for detail!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

I had an amazing stay! Rachael was a very responsive host, and was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was quiet but within driving distance of all the things I wanted to do, and it matched all my expectations based on the listing. If I’m ever back in the area, I would certainly love to stay here again!

We loved this charming apartment! The place had so much character and you can tell the host put a lot of work into this place. It was clean and quiet and we loved walking to Willard Beach every night to watch the sunset and the dogs run around and play. Overall, we had a great time here!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

The home is tastefully decorated and has an excellent shower and soft bed linens. It is a short walk to the beach and to Kennebunkport shops and restaurants, but the house is on a quiet street. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Robin was a great host. Welcome package was a nice touch and she was very proactive with outreach. This location can’t be beat as far as walkability to downtown KPT!

A group of six of us stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. This is a wonderfully preserved and cared for old home that was built in the 1700s. It's been modernized with a good kitchen, very nice stove, and updated bathrooms. There is a big room with a wood burning fireplace and a separate big room for TV watching. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were able to bring a turkey and supplies and the house had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving meal. The location is great. It's a short walk to town and Kennebunkport has great shopping, restaurants and things to see. There is also an access path to a walking trail right next to the house. Mike and Kate and their crew were very responsive to our questions and quite helpful as we looked for places to buy cooking ingredients, including a fresh turkey! We'd love to go back in summer months but this is a great cold-weather getaway too.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Mary Jane House. Katie was very accommodating to our schedule. The house is appointed with so many niceties to make your stay better; bottles of water and truffles by the bed, toiletries, plenty of paper products, a welcome bag with snacks and so much more! The easy walk to town (less than 8 mins) was a treat since you get to see all of the beautiful historic houses on the side streets. With all the walking we did we slept like babies in the super comfortable bed. We also brought our Frenchie and she loved walking around KPT and getting lots of attn. there is a cute park just down the street. Places we loved: Arundel Wharf, the Boat House, the Pilot House bar on the ship, Alisson’s after dinner, breakfast at Mike’s and our favorite, Ryan’s Irish Pub - bring your $1 bills for this place!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
