Kennebunk house rentals

This little loft was the perfect home base for our short trip to Southern ME! Peaceful, easy to access, and in the best location to easily get to Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Biddeford, etc. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, the kitchen had all the amenities we could need, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. If and when we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely be back!

A Perfect Maine Getaway! Our recent vacation in Maine was made even more special thanks to our stay at Sarah's beautiful studio apartment in Kennebunk. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how bright, immaculately clean and thoughtfully arranged the space was. The queen-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a full bath and a fully equipped kitchenette with all the conveniences (and then some!) made our stay feel like a home away from home. It's clear that Sarah has put a lot of heart and hard work into creating a cozy and welcoming environment, and it truly shows in every detail. The studio lacked for absolutely nothing; we had everything we needed and more. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Sarah and her husband are warm and wonderful people. We genuinely enjoyed our conversations with them and appreciated their hospitality. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! If you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Kennebunk, look no further. We will be back!

We have been coming to KPT for years and have stayed in other hotel locations around town. Hands down the best location - walkable to everything; the loft is extremely comfortable with all the amenities one would need to enjoy their stay; and Beverley genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. We will be back!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Kathleen and John truly go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are met and you feel right at home during your stay. We were greeted with warmth and comfort during our entire visit, and are already planning on staying with them again next time!

This was our second stay at Holly’s place, and once again, it was excellent. Holly is a proactive and thoughtful host who provided clear and helpful instructions. The space was spotless, matched the listing photos perfectly, and had all the listed amenities. The quiet location is just a short drive from Kennebunkport and local attractions. Check-in was a breeze with the keypad lock, and on-premise parking was very convenient. Great value for the price—we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here with our 9 month old and it was a perfect location. Centrally located with plenty of towns to explore, it was a wonderful place to call home base. We would love to return in the future!

This Air B&B is exactly as described and pictured plus a few nice surprises left by Rick. Thank you. The place was cozy with comfortable seating and bed. Plenty of space, towels and storage. Loved the butcher block counters. Even though it rained most of the time, the kitchen was bright and "sunny". Again, thank you for having this as a rental.

The location is spectacular. It is minutes from great restaurants in Kittery and Portsmouth. The room was clean. The breakfast is better than breakfasts offered at a hotel continental breakfast. If you are looking for a place to stay that is cozy, inviting, and conveniently located - this is it.

Very sweet little Inn with a quaint restaurant on the bottom floor. Had a lovely cozy stay.

Very cozy apartment at the Inn perfect for our family of four, close to shops, cafes, the beach, and restaurants. Skating at the rink next door with borrowed skates from the Inn was a bonus! Such a friendly welcoming staff!

Nice place to spend the weekend while we visited a friend for the ice fishing derby!

We only stayed for one night but was well worth it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and cozy. The tavern was a lot of fun. The people were very friendly and the food was very good. Would definitely stay here again!!

I didn't stay the whole time because I stayed with my girlfriend. I am so silly to have wasted my own money. But it is a beautiful place and area was nice. I am a stinky poop boy. Host was so nice and perfect. I am smelly. The toilets work great, I tested them for water pressure. One night I had a big belly ache from all the McDonald's i eat on a regular basis, the amenities were perfect.

Apartment was clean and as described. Host very helpful with parking and friendly. Amazing location. Will definitely book again!! Perfect for a nice beach get away.

Shannon’s place was exactly as described! It was perfect for my husband, me and our 1 year old for the weekend! It certainly lets you experience living in an old historic farmhouse! That being said, bring your extension cords if you would like to charge anything near your bed at night! It’s an old house so there are very few outlets available. We were visiting from Florida so we were a little cold at times but the heat worked perfectly for a cool May weekend. I can see where it might be chilly to stay in the middle of winter. When it came to check out, I couldn’t find any instructions. I felt like I should have been taking out the trash and whatnot but I was unsure with the wildlife if it was better to leave inside? So that part was a bit unclear. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Thank you so much again Shannon, we would love to stay again in the future

As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re part a coastal town. Our stay was cozy and the place was so clean and well maintained. We’re looking forward to future stays!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cal’s place! We were impressed by all of the personal touches to this home that make you feel right at home and ready to plan your next stay there! Cal’s home was spotless, had comfortable beds, and had everything you need and more. There was even detergent, dishwashing products, and a cute travel size mouthwash in the bathroom. Cal definitely wants his visitors to feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

Kim’s space was beautiful and so well decorated—we felt like we were staying at a friends house. Kim was so friendly and gave lots of helpful recommendations in the area!

Scott's place was very cozy and nice for what we needed. Located just a 4 minute drive from Wells Beach, it was a great location to stay. Scott's instructions were very clear and we were able to check in and out very easily.

My family & I loved our stay here! A very beautiful & comfortable home. It was a very peaceful, yet fun couple of days spent. Exactly how I wanted to spend my birthday. Location was perfect to explore. Thanks for having us!
