Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain living and close to nature. Property is visited daily by one or more locals, deer, elk, red and black fox, a mountain lion, black horned squirrels, Setlers Jays. & Hummingbirds. North side deck has the Creek just below. A grassy sand beach along the creek , with picnic table and firepit at your disposal. Freshly updated one bedroom bungalow with two decks awaits you. Come and go as you please and park your car in front of our house or in front of the mailbox. House is on a cul-de-sac, so low traffic. Driveway parking negotiable.
