The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. We love our neighbours and I am sure you will too, the apartment is strictly not suitable for parties, but perfect for a couple of people / romantic city getaway.

Great location exploring the city, right above the Marine parade, only minutes away from the vibrant city centre by bus or car. The Marina is just a short walk away and in easy reach of the Pier if you walk down on the beautiful seafront.
