Secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one floor house close to all business/entertainment areas.Master bedroom opens to deck overlooking lighted fire pit within tall trees. House has an open floor plan with kitchen opening into large living space, with two couches that makes a bed, that opens to front patio with gas grill, table, chairs, umbrella and that is connected to sun room with couch and sitting area. Awesome Lake View. A-Frame summer Cottage on Lake Erie with plenty of parking for our fishing guest boat trailer, 4 bed, 1 bath (tub shower), lovely corner Lakefront/Lake view and rocky beach in front of house. Loft with pool table. Built in 70’s, early American decor. Good for women’s retreat in fall, host an educational retreat, or a couple who wants to spend time together in a quiet place with and excellent view (extra guest fee over 4 guest, 5 people max). Prices include bed tax of 6%.

Updates include: updated kitchen (2024), new windows, new smart TVs in living room and main bedroom; new beds, and many updated amenities. There is a dock available at the marina next door for our guests who bring a boat.
