House vacation rentals in Ohio

This Airbnb was absolutely incredible. Great location as well. The pool and games were so much fun, you will never be bored! The property is beautiful and well kept. Next time I come back to hocking hills, it will definitely be to this Airbnb!!

We have stayed at the Victorian several years in a row for our annual girl’s trip and it never disappoints! The place is gorgeous, clean, spacious and well stocked. Miriam has always been an amazing host! Looking forward to next year!

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

This place is a great rare find airbnb in with swimming pool. Although we couldn’t use the pool due to weather staying under 65F, our kids did enjoyed enough of the hot tub. The rear view is beautiful. Even the dirt clearing side view from distance is worth watching. Free firewood is definitely a great addition. There were enough chairs and towels for 10. The beds and rooms were cleaned and nice. The only drawback was the sound of the traffic as it’s right on the road but we knew and didn’t bother much and owner had nothing to do about it. Parking was more than enough and finding the place was easy. We will be back with kids when the weather is warm enough for using the pool. Thanks Scott & Amanda for hosting us.

Our host was extremely communicative and helpful, instructions were clear and the home was exactly as described. Amenities were top-notch--the pool was enjoyed by all and the other outdoor areas were terrific. With our large group, there was plenty of room to gather (as well as smaller spaces for close conversation!) for meals and time together.

We got this house for our son’s birthday and he was satisfied. Very nice house ! The host was nice and always responded and communicated with us . The best air bnb we’ve stayed at thus far . If ever in the area again will book here !

House is very well appointed. Clean house with great information in the house to make for a great stay. Host was very accommodating and checked in often to make for an excellent stay. Highly recommend this property.

Our first little blended family vacation and it was amazing because of our gracious host, James. The weather was not going to be what we hoped it was and I was already planning backup ideas for three kiddos with rain on its way, but James overextended ideas for us without being asked. It was amazing and so helpful. I appreciated every message sent to me. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Barbara was a wonderful host for our getaway! It is not the entire home as listed, she does stay in another part of the house, but she most definitely gave us our privacy. We got a kick out of the two cats and the chickens that roamed about the property! The location was gorgeous, and the hot tub was awesome. The town with more things to do is a 20 minute drive away, but the roads are very winding and it wasn’t an easy drive. It worked out for us because we didn’t really plan any activities in particular, so we would go to town for the day and then stay in for the night or go to dinner at a place closer. Barbara gave lots of very helpful suggestions for where to go eat and things to do! Overall, a wonderful stay, and would definitely do it all again.

My daughters and I had a wonderful relaxing time. We were able to enjoy the screened in porch. Immensely the beds were very comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

This home was nothing short of amazing, the views were breathtaking and relaxing i highly recommend booking your stay here. You will feel like you are a 1,000 miles away on vacation if you reside in Ohio booking a quick getaway. I definitely will be back!

Cozy Cottage is an utterly unique farmhouse architecturally beautifully designed and set on a unique Ohio cattle farm. The family in combination with our host Liz's sophisticated eye created magic. Hand made local antique ceramics, linens, a stocked breakfast supply on request in the smeg fridge, beautiful bedding plus modern and antique comfortable furniture perfectly and effortlessly make this a truly a special Airbnb. The cottage is a quick drive to Wheeling which has a great restaurant, Good Mansions Wines was our go to for gourmet food plus the cottage is a 20min drive to Dysart Woods a first growth Appalachian forest: this is my personal favourite area. We saw many birds around our cottage, a local groundhog, wild deer, hawks and fed the nearby delightful horses carrots !. Nearby you can walk to the lake and see the beavers. I highly recommend staying at the Cozy Cottage I had a wonderful work trip here. Thank you Liz & family I'd adore to return !

The Hillside Hideaway was perfect for our family vacation. Check in and out were a breeze. The home was beautiful and everything was well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, the beds were comfy, and the house was clean. Outside, which has a hot tub, deck, and fire pit, were so serene. The hosts are very accommodating (even providing a welcome basket for us) and quick to answer questions. We enjoyed the proximity to The Wilds and Dillon State Park. Thanks again!

We booked this delightful little cottage for a quick girls’ getaway (3 adults). We loved everything about it! The layout makes great use of the space available. It was well appointed, we had everything we needed and the whole place was clean as a whistle! The outdoor area is beautiful and very comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly, too! We are already planning to book it again.

Great place with a ton to do. We enjoyed kayaking, the hot tub, sitting around the fire, and the peaceful surroundings. Close enough to go into Cincinnati or plenty to do in the area without going into the city. Glenn and Rita made us feel right at home. We could not have asked for anything more for our few days away. Would 1000% recommend the location and hosts and would return in a heartbeat.

The house was much bigger than expected with both a great living room and family room. The outdoor space is truly remarkable with the two tiered deck which goes right to the pond, the fire pit area, and a big relaxing hot tub!

What a wonderful place to escape reality for a night. Pictures do not do this place justice. Hot tub was wonderful, fire pit was a nice added touch while enjoying the hot tub. Space was super clean. Would recommend to anyone!!

Renee's cottage provided a comfy and homey place to stay while we were visiting friends who were working nearby. Communication from Renee was proactive and spot on. We would 100% stay with her again!

LeeAnn was a great host. She accommodated our early check-in and provided helpful recommendations on local spots. She was very communicative throughout the entire process.

We had a long weekend with family. Great view of lake. Nice sitting on deck watching the boats go by. If you have mobility issues, this is not for you. The steps to the house are steep. we staying in all weekend, so just loading and unloading up and down the steps

I really enjoyed relaxing here, I had the opportunity to be alone and enjoy the scenery, the time spent here will remain in my memory as a pleasant time, one minus was the weather, it was changeable and changed dramatically

This is a beautiful home in a park like setting. The hosts were very responsive to the questions that I had. Check in was easy and there was plenty of parking available for the number of guests that we had. The kitchen is very well stocked and left us needing nothing. The expansive deck made for a great meeting place in the morning for coffee and the Fire pit, which firewood is supplied, gave us a place to wind down at the end of the day. We all had a great time and plans are being made to return when we can spend more time there. 100% recommend.

Everything was as described. Home was very clean. Home is in long concreted private driveway which is nice, only complaint is that traffic on busy State Route 225 can be loud and annoying if you are on outside. Overall very satisfied.
