Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with children. The two mentioned bedrooms are gablechards (see photo).

150 meters from the beach is our small 49 square meter apartment. It was completely renovated in June 2025. It has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 in the 1st bedroom (1st bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, 2nd bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m) and 2 in the 2nd bedroom. (Bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m). It has a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, parking space on the garage driveway. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is equipped with high-quality design sliding doors made of wood in a stable door look.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
