The island of Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen and Grömitz are easily accessible by bike or car. To the bathing and dog beach it is 3 min. Bicycle rental, restaurants, mini golf, climbing park, playground right on the beach. Zoo, aquarium, swimming pool, fishing and horse riding facilities are nearby.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
