A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Jonathan and his wife were very responsive and friendly. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The garden is an absolute gem when the sun makes an appearance. So many lovely beaches nearby (driving distance). We will definitely be coming to stay again.

A decorative sign marked 'The Coach House' is affixed to a rustic stone wall. The design features an illustration of a horse-drawn carriage surrounded by trees, adding a charming touch to the entrance.

wonderful stay at The Coach House - came in February cottage warm, cosy, the hosts both gave us space and friendly and helpful. We certainly enjoyed this countryside and sea, clear skies, lambing, bracing walks and comfy beds.

A well-maintained garden leads down a stone pathway toward a tranquil beach. Two green chairs are positioned on the grass, offering a view of the ocean. Lush shrubs and plants border the area, while the distant shoreline stretches out under a clear blue sky.

We had a SUPERB stay! We took our 3 and 5 year old away for 5 days and it was the best location. We visited the local beaches, it was easy to get to Salcombe and Dartmouth to have a look around and the house was just ideal for our family! Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Alex and Kellie were very responsive and very helpful. Myself and my boys had a lovely short visit. The cottage is just as described and nice and comfortable, just what we were looking for. Thank you.

QUAINT SOUTH HAMS BEACHSIDE COTTAGE

We had a lovely stay at this lovely cottage. The Cricket Inn was friendly and served amazing food all week. And the Bistro had eat in or takeaway service Wednesday to Sunday. The roads were very narrow and not advisable if you aren't competent at reversing if meeting an oncoming vehicle. There were low door thresholds so if over 5'7"duck! Our dog loved the change of scenery and was really happy in the cottage there was a dog bin on the village green and the pub was dog friendly. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind but make sure you have the essantials as there are no shops in the village and the nearest supermarket is in Kingsbridge a 20 min drive away. We loved our stay and would recommend this place if you like walking the sea path and great seafood.
