Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kearns

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Lovely stay. Really appreciated how detailed and helpful the instructions were, how many little amenities there were (stocked kitchen tools, kids books, bathroom supplies, towels and blankets). The layout of the kitchen is a bit odd, with the refrigerator opposite the rest of the kitchen, but thats just the layout of the house. Even with that the place was great.

Nice apartment. About a mile from downtown. Not a bad walk but a few sketchy spots at night. Apartment was nice and as advertised.

Rileys place is perfect for any type of stay. It has everything you may need and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. I highly recommend!

We were very pleased with this home. Everything was clean and orderly. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

This apartment was located in a great location, the hosts were responsive, and had a great time. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for our family. We have two young children and the layout of the home worked well so we could watch the children while we cooked and did laundry easily. The host had toys set out for when we arrived which helped us unpack while our children played. The host also set up a pack and play and high chair for us upon arrival. Other child friendly features include locks on some of the kitchen cabinets, washer/dryer next to the kitchen and living room, plastic utensils/plates/bowls, and lots of extra towels and blankets. The home was fully stocked with laundry supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps. We were able to take our children on strolls though the neighborhood. There was a variety of local restaurants as well as a nearby Walmart, Smiths, and coffee shops. Close driving distance to a variety of nearby sites. They also have a beautiful back yard for peaceful evenings after the kids go to sleep.

Awesome place to stay in the Daybreak area. Easy to get places. Great food. Good grocery stores. Really beautiful park a With playground, jogging paths and splash pad just around the corner. The basement apartment was perfect for our family with plenty of extra bedding and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and supplies to bake and cook. Would definitely stay there again when we visit.

We had a great stay. Everything was expected because of the way everything was described. Thanks for everything. We’ll stay here again if it’s available.

Great spot right next to freeways and lots of fast food, Walmart ect. can pretty much get anywhere in SLC proper within 20 min. Only downside is it being on a main road so morning rush is a bit loud and can wake you up if you want to sleep in.. It's on the West side of the city and is fairly quiet and low traffic most of the time. House is super easy to access with door code and has everything you need including laundry supplies. Nice amount of extra bedding and good closet space if you need to hang things. Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind a little traffic noise during rush hours.

Swung in here for the night with my family on the way to Idaho. Great spot! Highly recommend.

Kay was a great host and the house has been updated nicely. Was responsive to my questions about the area and willing to let us check in a little early if we needed to. (Be aware that the property is on a busy street, so it's not safe to back into the drive)

The place was very clean and a great location! Communication with the host was quick and easy. Peter responded to quickly to our inquiries/concerns. Note the upstairs would get pretty warm in the heat of the day. We did have a difficult time finding extra toilet paper and paper towels. The checkout to do list in the home didn't match what was online, but the host was gracious about it. We did let him know some things were in need of repair and there was a Christmas tree still up (it's May). Overall, a comfortable stay and pleased!

It was a wonderful stay, plenty of room all amenities and more. We messaged her for something and she responded immediately. We will definitely be back.

This place is exactly as described. Nice inside and very clean. Restaurants and grocery store all walkable from place. Grocery store just down the street. Parking is simple as there are 2 reserved spots in an underground garage. Definitely stay again if I am in the area.

My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours from the Bay Area prior to arriving. We were a little exhausted and got lost. JENNIFER was great at getting us to her place. Once there, it was clean, comfortable and relaxing. It has a great location in the center of the city, and I walk to so many sites with ease. It was my first visit to Salt Lake City and very enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and watch the Mormon Tabernacle Choir again. There are also many stores I didn’t get a chance to visit. Great selection of ways to spend money!

Christie was an amazing host. Any questions I had she would respond in minutes. Great communication about an event and parking going on the day we came in as well. I would definitely stay again.

Great home base and amenities. Right across the street from the delicious breakfast and coffee place Vosen's Bread Paradise too. Public transit is close by and everywhere we wanted to go was a ten minute or less Lyft ride away.

Jennifer’s place was a great location for us. Walkable to some great restaurants and convention center. Unfortunate the elevator was down with 2 young kids but we made it work! Floors and bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better and place needs a good dusting otherwise it was clean. Would recommend anyone staying here to bring their own sound machine! It is very noisy at night as mentioned. Never felt unsafe staying here, but there is quite a bit of homeless population in the area. Overall, we would stay again.

I love this place!! When I walk in it feels like I am home! So convenient to the train and convention center! I will always stay here!

Slept 10 hours in a comfortable bed after a long red eye flight. Very nice condo. Great location. After some day touring we walked to a nice restaurant in he downtown area. We would stay there again. Great place.
