Absolutely spectacular host. Location walkable to beach, super market, all restaurants, coffee shops, park, etc. Couldn’t have been more optimally located. Niko’s went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed and provide detailed local recommendations. One of top stays we have had recently, and super-host level service 🙏🙏

The house was in a great location. The view from the 2 balconies was enchanting and combined with the pool and the awesome decor of the countries the house looks idyllic! The host is very helpful, understandable, and discreet. One of the best homes I've stayed in!

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. So glad we chose this house against pricier beach-view places! The house is compact yet feels spacious, with great soundproofing and a secure lock. Truly spotlessly clean place, plenty of fresh linens and towels, super comfy bed, abundance of natural light, and efficient AC and appliances, plus hot water even on partially cloudy days. Peaceful balcony with a large table and stunning nature and sunset views. Perfect location—5 mins to the beach, bus stops, shops, restaurants and the local church on the hill, with picturesque views of the whole city. Great, responsive host who generously accommodated our traveling plans. Only downside, the cooking area was small and poorly stocked for our preferences (missing big serving spoons, tea strainer, oven gloves) so cooking was a tad tricky for us. Overall the benefits outweigh by far the small inconveniences we faced and would definitely recommend this place to anyone! 🌊🏖️🇬🇷🌄

Awasome location, big house (we stay with 2 families, 5 children the oldest at 9 years), clean and modern facilities, spend a lot of hours at the ca 20x5 m pool, had dinner at the "mezedopoleion" tavern of Theodoros, 5 min. car drive into the village, Theodoros manage for supply of fresh fish on pre order of 1 day or dishes like pastizio for the kids at reasonable prices, 5 min. car drive to the excellend beach of legraina 15 to poseidon temple. Easy internet success, cable tv (offered but not used) Recommendable at any times!

The hosts are very welcoming, attentive and caring. We were surprised by the responsiveness of Marilou and Tassos and their involvement to ensure that our stay went smoothly. They will be there to help, if needed. The accommodation is impeccable, the decoration is halfway between tradition and modernity, the cleanliness is at the rendezvous and the furniture offers all the comforts to rest and enjoy the house. The house is located in the heights of Kea offering beautiful sea and sunset views. All the necessary conditions for a refreshing and relaxing holiday are there. There is a small village not far from the house and supermarkets. Many walks are also accessible with or without a vehicle. In short, great stay, beautiful place, dreamy cottage!

Tremendous house! Brand new construction and appliances - it didn’t feel like an Airbnb; we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Beautiful beach just near the bar, and close to Vouliagmeni - a great balance between nature and nightlife! The host was extremely responsive and accepted our last-minute request, less than 24 hours before check-in. Thank you SO MUCH

Very accommodating and responsive host. Place was perfect for a solo traveler needing a little saltwater therapy. Nice location in the middle of Porto Rafti. Condo was well stocked with almost any kitchen utensil you might need/want. AC was an amazing amenity to have in the heat—nice lil remote work space on the balcony. Many thanks
