Cycladic house vacation rentals in Kea-Kythnos

The room was very clean and had a nice view. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Getting up the stairs was a bit of a workout, but overall it was worth it!

Very good stay. The villa is very well located a few minutes walk from a very beautiful cove. The place is quiet. The view is superb. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Bedding and the bathroom are a little aging but still ok. Other than that, the place is spacious and comfortable to stay in. Air conditioning is welcome. Nikos is attentive.

We had a very good time at Stamatis' house. Everything worked wonderfully from the start. Stamatis immediately took care of every request and every concern of ours. The house itself was beautifully decorated and above all we liked the location very much. We felt at home and enjoyed every minute. The island of Kythnos also impressed us very much and if we come back, then only to Stamatis.

In the center of Kythnos, in the "capital Chora" small all-white village on the hillside (completely red), Nikos' small house is ideal = very clean, Cycladic, simple, quiet, close to a street with restaurants, bars, shops and tourists. We spent a wonderful week there discovering the island, swimming in some of the 60 beaches at the bottom of steep coves, all splendid... it's the island of beaches. We walked a lot because we love to and visited the ancient kastros at sunset... alone in the world... and Nikos is adorable, responsive... perfect. An authentic restaurant with incomparable hospitality in Agios. Stéphanie, Κανάρης.

We loved our stay in Ioannis and Marriana's place. Lovely old house, rustic and decorated with artwork and objects that speak to the owners' love of the island. It was also equipped with everything that we needed.

Psathi is even more beautiful than the photos! Lovely made, this traditional house has all that you need and is very comfortable. Antigone is very sweet and friendly! The location is amazing, 4 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes, and at the same time remains peaceful. We will for sure visit again! Kythnos is a beautiful island! Thank you!

It was fabulous, Fantastic view indeed! everything was perfect, communication on point, valuable infos for the visit of the island included, the apartment is very cosy and the host is the friendliest person you can wish for. We had a fantastic stay :)

We had an amazing two week stay at Vissaris’s place. The location is even better than the pictures. We especially liked being so close to the water and being able to swim daily and relax by the water. The house and the bay is really well protected from the northern wind that can be quite strong in September when we went. We could swim every day. Vissaris and his family were very friendly and helpful and helped us with all questions. A recommendation for the island is to get a 4x4 car to get around since some beaches are only reachable by dirt roads (not scary, just jumpy). It’s possible to reach the Villa with a normal car but a 4x4 is more comfortable since there’s a short dirt road in the end. We would love to come back to Kythnos and Villa Simousi again!
