Vacation rentals with beach access in Kea-Kythnos

We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

Kostas and his family were very helpful and friendly during our trip. They were the best hosts. The listing was just as described. The sea-facing terrace is great and it was nice to eat and spend time with the family. Three bedrooms allowed family members to have their own peace. The sea is right next door and a couple of hundred meters away is the nearest beach for swimming, the larger sandy beaches are a kilometer and two kilometers away. We also had a lovely girl cat with us, who is really friendly and close to people. Remember to put water on the table for him! Daskalio village has really steep hills, so you have to drive carefully with the car and if you do jogging, there are good opportunities for uphill training. The area is peaceful and when we were there before the actual summer holiday season, the restaurants were not open for a week. The nearest decent grocery stores are in Keratéa, so driving is essential.

Excellent stay at the apartment. The check in was really clear and Demi organised us a brilliant transport from the airport. The apartment was great value for money, exactly how described and clean. We stayed for 1 month and the apartment was cleaned with full clean linen every week. Communication from the host was extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. We have rebooked to stay again during our next visit to Lavrion. Thank you!

This is a gem of an apartment, in the most beautiful location! We loved our stay and thought the apartment was just perfect for our small family, it overlooks the sea and you’ll never be bored of the views. It’s a very peaceful location which we really appreciated! The apartment was spotless. One bedroom downstairs and living room: dining upstairs. Andreas is a great host. He was responsive to any questions and left super clear instructions to find the place. His parents were super sweet and dropped around fresh cheese hot sandwiches for my children. Very sweet! We’d return in a heartbeat

Nice space next to the village of Druopida you go on foot for a walk, with private parking easy access and absolute quiet big terrace to hang out on an afternoon where you will sit home with all the amenities of a house and mainly there is a washing machine spacious house very comfortable.

New apartment, very well arranged, close to the beach. The apartment is clean and easy to access.

Very attentive and flexible host. Modern and practical accommodation. Unbeatable ocean views. Spacious terrace to relax and dine if you feel like it and it's not windy. Quiet location, although close to restaurants, bars within walking distance. Beach 50 meters away and two others about 800 meters away. A good base for visiting the rest of the island, ideally by motorbike.

The apartment was fabulous and the beaches perfect.The feral tortoises were delightful. Airport was horrendous, warning to anyone needing special assistance; you will be dumped in the departure lounge with no drinking water for over 2 hours prior to your flight home. Bad finish to outstanding holiday in Greece.

Fantastic, spacious flat with the gorgeous views over the bay of Merichas. Walking distance to all places in town. You can go swimming at the beach across the street. Great condition and fully functioning flat! I will go back for sure.

It was a wonderful relaxing holiday, the apartment has everything you need for living and even more. We really enjoyed eating on the terrace, with a beautiful view of the citrus garden. The beach is very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious coffee on the beach. We are very grateful for the hospitality of the hosts, who tried to solve all our problems in a few minutes. Grace deserves a private cuddle 💓

Great stay. In a house with a beautiful garden with exceptional sea views. Our host is very responsive, with good tips on restaurants and other activities in the area. We had a pleasant time. Truly a beautiful, beautiful space. So peaceful & spotlessly clean - high end appliances - just fantastic! We booked last minute (checked in a couple hours after booking) so found it difficult to find place as google map didn’t take us to house (but in general area). Our fault as we should have studied photos & we may have had better idea. Also, I believe we were texting wrong phone number because we had no response to texts. All of this said BOOK THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE! You absolutely won’t regret it - one of the most beautiful Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at & we were so grateful for a peaceful sleep & stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations! A heartfelt thank you to the hosts, who were incredibly welcoming and always easy to communicate with. On our arrival, we were delighted to find a lovely assortment of treats left by the hosts, waiting for us in the fridge—fresh fruits, delicious marmalade, bread, and some drinks, including wine. also some exquisite local olive oil and cookies. The house is beautifully decorated, with charming rooms that felt like a fairy tale. Our kids loved it, especially with the many toys ,English books and the lovely treehouse in the garden. It truly felt like a magical getaway! Equipped with everything we could need, the house provided us with towels and swimming pool towels, as well as toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. We visited in late October when the weather was a pleasant 22 degrees, allowing us to bask in the sun by the pool. We also made unforgettable memories enjoying a barbecue and soaking in the jacuzzi. Delightful!

Rania’s place was great for us. The location is supeeb, just few steps from a beautiful beach, in the most lovely complex that has kids playgrounds small green trails and lots of peaceful spots to look at the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortable, the Living space is cozy and nice. Rania was extremely helpful and considerate.

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen well equipped. We especially enjoyed the terrace overlooking the sea and the sunset.

This was a lovely stay close to the water and the communication with Cosima was very easy and clear.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Dimitra's place. The house is really unique. Spotless,functional,stylish and with incredible views of the sea and the sunset. There are several beaches around. We preferred Kampi at 2 kilometers from the house. Unorganized but with super easy access and crystal clear waters. For food there are options from 2 to 10 minutes from the house. In our kitchen besides the rest of the equipment there were items for a simple breakfast(coffee, jams, etc.). You will find other amenities, from mosquito tablets to books for reading.
