Apartment vacation rentals in Kea-Kythnos

Marina, our host, was very friendly and a good communicator - especially so in English. The room we had was perfect and just as described. It was a 1 minute walk down into the town and the beach where we had plenty of options to eat and relax. The ferry arrival is just around the corner - maybe a 3 minute walk which was excellent for us. Couldn’t be better! Perfect place.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Meerblick und Betriebsamkeit auf dem Meer. Die Ausrichtung gehen Osten hat die Möglichkeit gegeben auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken, inkl. Meerblick. Ab Mittag dann schattig und im Hochsommer sicher perfekt. Jetzt im Mai mit dem Meltemi Wind teilweise etwas frisch. Toll ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sehr netter Vermieter. Danke. Gerne wieder.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners, Eleni and Kostas were extremely welcoming and kind. They even brought us gifts of delicious home-made food. The location is a little out of the way, but very peaceful and with a fantastic sea view.

Ioanna's aparment it's small but really cosy, there is a bedroom and a big bathroom, plus a really nice terrace where you can have breakfast or relaxing with the view of the harbour. Everything was super clean and Ioanna is a perfect host. The location couldn't be better, just in the middle of the little port, but super quiet. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets, tavernas, cafes all around. Really a great place!

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

A clean, comfortable, well laid out apartment that's just a hop, skip and jump from the quiet, relaxing beach. From the front porch, you get a clear view of the sea and mesmeric horizon. There was wi-fi, but it was a little temperamental. Our mobile phone signal was strong so it was a minor inconvenience. Also, the shower doesn't run hot, but with the temperatures we experienced a cool shower is what was mostly needed anyway. We stayed for 7 nights and could have doubled that time, happily. Bell’appartamento nuovo nel cuore di Korissia, vicinissimo al famoso forno aperto h24. Le stanze sono funzionali e ben arredate, l’aria condizionata molto funzionale ed utile. Piccolo staff di cortesia in bagno, cucina con tutto il necessario. Il vicinato è più sciatto ma sicuramente molto greco. Host professionale, gentile e reattiva.

Beautiful location and tucked away from main tourist area. Gal is an amazing host and was always available and responsive for any queries. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Will definitely be back next year! Thanks so much for having us.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung rundum zufrieden! Alles war sehr sauber, die Dusche war top, und in jedem Raum gab es eine Klimaanlage – perfekt bei warmem Wetter. Besonders schön war der Blick aufs Meer bzw. den Hafen. Da wir direkt im Anschluss segeln gegangen sind, war die Lage ideal – super nah am Hafen und viele Restaurants bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Liebe Grüße, Sabrina:)

Very nice place, the view of the west side of the island is very pretty, you can see a beautiful sunset from the terrace which is very big ! The room itself is nice, the only thing missing for us would be a place to cook but otherwise it was very nice. You probably should have a car to access the place thought. Jakob was very quick to respond to our messages and he gave very good recommendations ! Overall we had a nice stay at his place !

Great place, very clean,great communication! Went above and beyond to help us when we forgot something. This location was fantastic, especially if deparing for a cruise at Lavrion port. Amazing selection of restaurants walkable right outside.

I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Overall, a great experience. Eferisto!

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a few steps from the main street where there are plenty restaurants and cafe as well as the port. The closest beach is only less 10 minutes by walking and there is also another beach (more beautiful) around 15-20 minutes by walking. There is a nice terrace with a jacuzzi and a table. Manolis has been responsive and her mother was very kind with us. I recommend this place and Kythnos.
