Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. This place is next level amazing! Everything my partner I I wanted and more! Kate is perfection on communication and attention to detail of her studio. We felt incredibly welcomed being greeted by the dogs Kate herself she was very warming and we loved the spa, farm feels, feeding the cows fresh eggs and bacon and bread, the cozy fires, great bed, awesome views, felt very private. We will reccomend to friends and be back for sure next time in tassie. If you are near Launceston, stay here!!

What a beautiful place to spend our last night after doing our lap of Tasmania! Just wish we had more time here and hope to be back! We were greeted with a warm welcome from Sue & Morrie who we really enjoyed chatting to. The place itself was so clean and well appointed with a super comfy bed, from which you can watch the sun rise. The views over the Tamar River were amazing and such a lovely garden setting. Thank you both for your hospitality and a lovely stay xx
