Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kavran

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

The stay at Mirkos Apartment was a great experience. The place has everything a family of 4 needs during holidays and especially the shady terrace under the leaves of the kiwi tree and the pool offer an excellent opportunity to cool off in hot weather. Mirko lives in the same house 2 floors above with his lovely family and he's a really nice guy and very helpful and takes care of the place himself. It seems to me that this is was airbnb was meant to be, before anonymous companies took over the market.

We loved Simons Place! Perfect Location - just couple minutes walk from the center of Pula; place exactly as shown in picture, really clean & absolutely well equipped. The communication with Simon was easy going, super friendly and really responsive. Great experience! Thanks again for the Stay! We would absolutely recommend it!👍🏼

Booked for my parents but they loved every part about the apartment, great place, great location and the host was so so friendly! Fully recommend!

Miejsce idealne na urlop w Puli. Praktycznie minutę drogi od starego miasta i centrum. Do Łuku 5 minut, podobnie do Zamku. Do areny z 8 minut spokojnego spaceru. Djuna jest bardzo pomocna, zawsze chętnie odpowiada na pytania. Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne tj mikrofala, pralka, suszarka, nawet jest grill elektryczny. Zastaliśmy słodki poczęstunek oraz zapas kawy i herbaty. Tylko na plażę jest daleko, ale za to jeżdżą autobusy. Nie mam się do czegoś przyczepić, wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Dziękujemy i pewnie jeszcze kiedyś skorzystamy.

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Es war sehr unkompliziert und das Apartment sowie die Gegend waren sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne nochmal hierher :)

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kroatien. Das Haus ist sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Leider hatten wir ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, wie ein Hornissen Nest aber Miro hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und war immer sehr bemüht. Leider ist am vorletzten Tag unser Pool gekippt und wir konnten nicht mehr baden gehen, hierfür haben wir problemlos eine Erstattung bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat einen tollen, sehr gepflegten Außenbereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!😍

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war wie beschrieben. Elena und Marco waren immer sehr gut zu erreichen und stets bemüht alle Anliegen schnell zu lösen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Nach jedem Ausflug war es ein Highlight wenn man zurück kam, das Tor öffnete und in den Hof fuhr. Wirklich empfehlenswert! Im Ort selbst ist jetzt nicht wirklich was zu Unternehmen, allerdings gelnagt man von dort aus schnell zu sehr schönen Orten.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Das Haus ist unglaublich schön und direkt im Nachbarort von Pula. Es ist super ruhig und das Meer ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und das Haus sehr genossen

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche hier verbracht. Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt und wir konnten den Pool leider nicht nutzen - dafür aber den Whirlpool :) Haben eine tolle Zeit als Familie hier verbracht. Wir wurden auch kulinarisch von Laura verwöhnt - vielen Dank dafür!

Egy nagyon csendes környéken lévő ház, nagy és szép kerttel. 3 gyerekkel voltunk, jól elfértünk, nagyon könnyű parkolni. Az én hibám, de nem ellenőriztem a foglalásnál, hogy a konyha egy külön lakrészben van. Ezt a részt a házigazdák is használják, számomra nem voltak pontosak a szabályok, hogy mi mit és hogyan használhatunk a konyhában -ami egyébként tökéletesen felszerelt. Bár Bojan írta, hogy nyugodtan használjunk mindent, szóval ez végül megoldódott. Mi kerékpárral fedeztük fel a szigetet, ehhez tökéletes elhelyezkedésű a ház. Nagy bevásárlóközpont kb 500-700m távolságban.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Alba (Mutter) und Goran am Telefon. Durften auch schon früher in die Unterkunft weil die Wohnung fertig war. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach fantastisch und die Wohnung geräumig für 4 Leute . Sie ist direkt neben dem Haupthaus wo Alba wohnt. Wir hätten jederzeit draußen vor der Wohnung essen können oder auch bei Goran/Alba auf dem Grundstück. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und ein Supermarkt , die Bushaltestelle und ein paar Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Goran war perfekt! Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir gleich für nächstes Jahr reserviert haben. Freuen uns schon jetzt darauf! Herzlichen Gruß an alle die wir kennen lernen durften

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Very beautiful place with everything someone might need for a prolonged stay. It's a short walk from city centre that has an uphill part that might be a problem to someone with physical disabilities. Host was very friendly and communicative. 10/10 ☆ would recommend to my friends and would like to visit again sometime!

Sanda ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv. Auch die Unterkunft war sehr nett, auch wenn die Küche eher klein ist, findet man alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war auch sehr gut und dank der tollen Tipps von Sanda, konnten wir schöne Unternehmungen durchführen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gern weiter!

Sehr süße Wohnung, liebevoll ausgestattet! Alles da was man braucht und noch mehr! Ausserdem total ruhig und schön gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell das Zentrum und den Hafen mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Shops! Die Kommunikation war super, die Tipps von Vedran richtig toll! Vielen Dank:)

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!
