Nice place to stay , and houst is very nice person.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Close to the beautiful beaches and city of Kavala, Irina’s place was the perfect spot for us to spend four days and nights. The place is very well designed, and has all the amenities you need for a trip. The view is incredible, and was a highlight of our visit. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you Irina!

Unser Aufenthalt in Nea Iraklitsa war einfach fantastisch – und das verdanken wir vor allem diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und unserem großartigen Gastgeber Babis! Das Haus war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war ein absolutes Highlight – wir haben dort viele entspannte Abende verbracht. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Strand, an Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Auch Kavala ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Babis war ein unglaublich aufmerksamer und herzlicher Gastgeber – er hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir können dieses Haus und Babis als Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

A fully equipped holiday house very close to the beach. We had everything we needed and a bit more (the washing machine was definitely a great plus). The neighbourhood is very quiet but the main street is just a few walking minutes away. The spacious veranda was greatly appreciated as well. All in all, it's a very nice and comfortable house. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

The location is a dream, we stood there for 3 weeks toghether with a dog and a 1 year old baby and we fully enjoyed the garden and the views. The place is near a restaurant, 7 min by car to a shop, you have very close by all sort of beaches and Nea Peramos offers a great number of places to eat. Also, there is a wild beach with sand just below the house. The acomodation itself has all you need and also they provided a baby bed as well as a baby feedind chair which helped us a lot. All in all, due to the panormaic views, proximity to everything but as well as the privacy that it offers, we highly recommend this stay.

Stavroula ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die alle möglich Wünsche erfüllt. Das Airbnb war sehr sauber und entsprach den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

The aparment was cozy, neat and is equipped with all you need to have a calm family vacation by the sea. There is a spacious outdoor area with playgrounds and private places. The small private pebble beach is within the complex and has good shnorheling spots nearby. Lucy is very responsive and helpful.

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie hatte ein besonders bequemes Bett. Atemberaubend ist der Balkon mit der Aussicht. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie nur für uns gemacht. 😍 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Unsere Vermieter waren wieder sehr freundlich und doch sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Problemen (wir hatten uns einen Grill gewünscht) wurde sofort eine Lösung herbeigeführt. 😊 Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder hierher. Alles bestens!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, we felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning.

Ich hatte rund vier wundervolle Wochen bei Alexandros bzw. seinem Vater in Skala Potamia. Die Kommunikation lief super und sehr fix. Vor Ort zeigte Alexandros' Vater eine Gastfreundschaft, die ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Dafür einen großen Dank. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, vor allem der sehr große Balkon ist wundervoll. Gute Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In der Nebensaison ist natürlich weniger offen als in der Hauptsaison, aber mir fehlte es an nichts. Sehr schöner Strand, gut auch für Touren, Wandern oder einfach Hot Spots erkunden (Aliki, Giola, Paradise Beach, Marble Beach usw.). Der Osten der Insel ist in dieser Hinsicht ideal. Ein Auto/Roller oder Ähnliches empfiehlt sich auf Thassos, da Busse sehr unregelmäßig fahren. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle!

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.
