Nice place to stay , and houst is very nice person.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

Close to the beautiful beaches and city of Kavala, Irina’s place was the perfect spot for us to spend four days and nights. The place is very well designed, and has all the amenities you need for a trip. The view is incredible, and was a highlight of our visit. I had a wonderful stay at Babis' house! The place was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal—close to local amenities and just a short drive to some incredible beaches. Ammolofoi Beach, in particular, was our favorite, only a few minutes away by car. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, I highly recommend this place!

A fully equipped holiday house very close to the beach. We had everything we needed and a bit more (the washing machine was definitely a great plus). The neighbourhood is very quiet but the main street is just a few walking minutes away. The spacious veranda was greatly appreciated as well. All in all, it's a very nice and comfortable house. We will definitely visit again!

The apartment is wonderful—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. It is a place where you can immediately feel at home without missing anything. Even the smallest detail has been thought of. The place is very quiet and peaceful, but it is also very convenient for exploring the whole island. It is close to the central part of the city with restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Vasiliki's apartment. This is one of the best Airbnb places I've been to.

The location is a dream, we stood there for 3 weeks toghether with a dog and a 1 year old baby and we fully enjoyed the garden and the views. The place is near a restaurant, 7 min by car to a shop, you have very close by all sort of beaches and Nea Peramos offers a great number of places to eat. Also, there is a wild beach with sand just below the house. The acomodation itself has all you need and also they provided a baby bed as well as a baby feedind chair which helped us a lot. All in all, due to the panormaic views, proximity to everything but as well as the privacy that it offers, we highly recommend this stay.

The apartment is exactly as described. Great place, near lot of restaurants and bars. 3 mins walking until the closest beach. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Would come back with pleasure.

The aparment was cozy, neat and is equipped with all you need to have a calm family vacation by the sea. There is a spacious outdoor area with playgrounds and private places. The small private pebble beach is within the complex and has good shnorheling spots nearby. Lucy is very responsive and helpful.

Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... This is our second time in this apartment. We felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very clean. It had a particularly comfortable bed. The balcony with the view is breathtaking. Every evening, sunsets as if made just for us. 😍 The apartment is located right on the beach. Fantastic! Our landlords were again very friendly and yet very reserved. In case of problems (we had wanted a grill), a solution was immediately found. 😊 We'll be back here a third time. Everything perfect!

Alexandros apartment is delightful. It is very artistically decorated and is very peaceful. The sea view deck has very comfortable lounge chairs and is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea air. The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Alexandros was always available online and was very helpful and responsive. His father Philipo was on site and was very helpful as well. Philipo is an extremely kind and generous person. He brought us lush bunches of freshly picked grapes and other wonderful food during. We had a very relaxing stay in Alexandros apartment and highly recommend it.

The place is super comfortable and kids-friendly. Tzuliana is amazing host and you can feel right at home. The house and the garden are well cared for and really beautiful.

Despina is a great host. You can get a very quick response, and the view from the accommodation is great. You can walk around the old town and there are many restaurants nearby. However, it is difficult to find a parking space on weekends, so we recommend using a paid parking lot near the property.
