This new house has an artistic, minimalist architecture with a soothing, calming atmosphere. We appreciated the lack of superfluous items or kitschy decor. The house is set amidst beautiful countryside. The view was fantastic, no TV is needed. The cozy sleeping places were high quality and had large duvets. There was a lot of peace, although the only neighboring house was sometimes being built. Since it was light in the morning in May, one of us had a little too few options for darkening. The host really cares about his guests, he was always proactive, very helpful and responsive. We traveled without a car and for the last kilometers it worked well with the call bus (phone or app). The on-call bus has certain operating hours and a time lead. Under certain conditions, some trips are even free (taxis are horrendously expensive).

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

A truly beautiful place to stay. The decor and finishing touches are tasteful, modern, and wonderfully comforting. The pool and garden were immaculate, and the pool itself was such a refreshing treat after a day spent exploring Vienna. The location is ideal — close enough for a quick trip into the city, yet peacefully tucked away in serene forest surroundings that make it easy to relax and unwind. We genuinely cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay feel all the more welcoming and special.

The house is in a completely secluded location, with beautiful views of the mountainside on the other side of the valley, in which Mürzzuschlag is located - hardly any houses to see, forest everywhere - apart from cowbells and birds, complete silence. The house is historic, but brand new renovated, tastefully decorated, and spacious. The large panoramic windows in the living room and kitchen look very good. The garden around the house is beautiful, including a bench, deck chairs, and a fountain with drinking water, fantastic. Next to the house is a large shed, on the first floor of this, and the house there are private apartments of the owner family - but we were alone and undisturbed, I suspect this will usually be the case. The surrounding forest is dense and natural, 30 minutes away by car there are several 3D archery courses, two of which I know (EAT, Komantschen) and are highly recommended. Michale, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Recommendation!!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The apartment was lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable – we slept really well. Parking right in front of the house was completely uncomplicated. We would like to emphasize the nice and smooth contact with Andreas – fast, friendly and helpful. The only small criticism: The apartment was quite warm – a little cooler would have been ideal. Nevertheless, highly recommended – I'd love to come back.

The ideal house for those seeking peace and quiet, who feel comfortable in a more rustic ambience. We enjoyed the stay! Great starting point for hikes.

It is definitely an indescribable experience, just absolute peace, and it has a great charm. It is worth hiking in this area, then going to the hut and relaxing. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely come back!!!!

We had a great stay in Grünbach am Schneeberg. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area – perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. It’s also a fantastic starting point for a hike to Schneeberg. I can definitely recommend this place!
