A lovely apartment in a great location, very close to a nice swimming spot. Ortigia is a fascinating place that is well worth a visit. Chiara & Gabriele were very helpful and answered all our questions very helpfully. I hope we can return!

We really enjoyed the time. The apartment is as described and the highlight is this large roof terrace with fantastic views. But otherwise everything is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and everything we needed was there. There are many great options for dining and shopping in Noto. We didn't find Lido die Noto itself so appealing, but that didn't bother us with everything else that is offered.

Very good stay. perfect location to visit the east of Sicily.

We absolutely loved our stay, watching the sunset and the people stroll by from the balcony with a drink in hand are memories we will long cherish. We didn't have a car so being walking distance to everything we needed including the beach was perfect. The apartment was a great layout for a couple with adult children and the air-conditioning was a great escape from the outside heat.

If we ever find ourselves in Ortigia again (and I certainly hope we do) I know where we’re staying! Alessandra was a great host and her space is perfect for a couple.

Great value apartment in a central location. Allowed us to check in early and Domenica was so so helpful trying to help us locate our son's last suitcase. The roof terrace was a lovely bonus too.

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

beautiful house, well furnished, lovely shower, beautiful garden with veranda, wonderful location, (hard beds but we experience that all over Italy) nice place, wonderful beach, nice hospitality. To come back!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

We would like to thank Paolo for making us have a perfect stay. Paolo is a very kind host, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable. You can see the effort he puts in, the meticulousness, the search for perfection... qualities that not everyone has, congratulations, keep it up! See you next time!

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We loved the apartment and Ortigia very much In a great spot , very much in the heart of village life , the window doors were amazing blocking out sound. Communication and support with host was excellent Virginia and Michael

Beautiful apartment in a great location

I loved this apartment! it is in a superb location, a block from the ocean and walkable to every site, every store and every restaurant. it was cozy and it was quiet. I would come back here again in an instant! Maria and her partner were very friendly, interested in ensuring I had a great stay, and very accommodating when I asked if I could leave my luggage a bit longer beyond checkout. She couldn't have been kinder in agreeing to this and she even offered to drive me to meet friends rather than have me pull my luggage through the streets. She went above and beyond! Given the spotlessness of the apartment, the amenities, the recommendations, and its proximity to all, this is an absolute gem!!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robin's place. From the first exchanges, his communication was fluid, responsive and caring, which gave us confidence. The accommodation, meanwhile, was impeccable, comfortable and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. Every detail seemed to be designed to ensure our well-being. Giovanna’s place was excellent for our 3 day stay in Ortigia! The apartment was clean and even better than the photos. It was in a great location, walkabale to many restaurants, shops and main attractions. Her co worker Nella met us on check in and she was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

Amazing location and incredible hosts. They picked us up from outside Ortigia as the location is in the limited traffic zone which means you’re unable to take your car in. Despite not speaking a lot of English, the host communicated everything we’d need via messages and offered a ton of recommendations for things to see and places to eat. They were incredibly generous and kind leaving us with a stocked fridge, welcome wine and offered extended checkout. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re visiting Ortigia
