On the first floor the living room with a kitchen (fully equipped). You can reach the first floor by stairs (steep stairs, unsuitable for people with walking difficulties).

Welcome to our "Kraaiennestje". Centrally located in Katwijk, you will find our studio within walking distance of the beach and dunes, where you can enjoy a lovely walk. The shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. ESA/Estec is less than 15 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. The BIO Science Park-West is a 10-minute bus ride away. Katwijk has excellent connections to Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, etc.

Studio for 2 people

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.

Welkom in Tinny house “Sunny Coast” . Het zomerhuisje is geschikt voor 3 gasten en staat achter onze tuin met eigen opgang. Het zomerhuisje ligt midden in een rustige woonwijk, in het "oude" gedeelte van Katwijk. Als je de straat uitloopt hoor en zie je al meteen de zee en het strand (300m) liggen met gezellige strandtenten. Ook het centrum is op loopafstand met leuke winkels, restaurants en supermarkten.

This Huisje aan Zee was completely newly built in 2018 and equipped with underfloor heating and perfectly insulated. So you can stay here in the summer but also certainly in the winter. It has its own entrance and a small place where you can sit outside. The cottage is right behind the boulevard, so you are around the corner from the beach, the sea and the dunes! The center of Katwijk is a 500-meter walk.

This B&B, renovated in 2021, is located 300 m from the beach and 50 m from the shopping street. The compact studio is fully equipped. A bedroom with a lovely double bed. A nice bathroom with toiletries and hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer-dryer combination. You will stay at the back of our house, with your own private entrance. The studio will provide you with everything you will need during your stay.
