Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

This place was perfect for our short stop in Phuket. Place was peaceful, had a beautiful view, host was very friendly and communicated great. This place was also walkable to the night market just have to be prepared for the long steep hill at the top on the way back.

Great cozy apartment, the place is very quiet and the view from the window is chic)) the apartment itself is quite simple, but you don't need anything else) we really liked it here, I would even return to the same complex) there is a small swimming pool overlooking the sea and the city) the only disadvantage is that you can only get to all the shops and cafes on the track, which is scary to walk, in general accommodation for those who have transport, but the problem was solved by delivery and we went to the beach only on weekends. The host warned about this, but we were still ready to choose this option. Also keep in mind that the description shows the wrong location point, in fact it is an apartment Kata ocean view. And they are much further away

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Patong! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool. The views were incredible, especially at sunset, and it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the town or spending time at the beach. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a hassle-free stay — great air conditioning, a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi and a kitchen. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect base for my time in Patong. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing spot near the beach.

Enormous apartment about 10 - 15 min walk from beach and convenient spot for collection when visiting other areas of Phuket. Great air conditioning throughout the apartment and the largest windows I have ever seen.

First of all Tracey is an amazing host. Her professionalism and dedication to her guests are unmatched. She ensured every aspect of our stay was hassle and stress free allowing our group to have the most amazing time ever. Kuhn View is an amazing asset. With our dynamic schedules during our stay, we required a lot of transportation. All coordination was handled expertly and efficiently. We were never late and we were able to make the most of our time off. Bum, our villa attendant was absolutely heaven sent. Her cooking is absolutely phenomenal and her care and service to our group was amazing. I loved every second of my stay here and I highly recommend working with Tracey and her staff. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private pool that we enjoyed every day. As a cherry on top, we even got a motorcycle – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We'd love to come back here without a doubt. Highly recommended!

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

Lovely place. Close to the action but far enough away so that it’s nice and quiet. Host was accommodating and communicated very well.

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Remote seaside retreat with beautiful view and access to good restaurants and night market. Excellent hosts. Fully stocked apartment with everything we could ask for and more. Definitely recommend for a quick weekend getaway.

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.
