We spent a wonderful month in this condo and admired the stunning view every single day. A huge advantage of the location is that the condo doesn’t get too hot, so we rarely even needed to use the air conditioning. Despite the compact space, it has almost everything needed for comfortable living. The location is very convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of small shops and cafés nearby. We loved everything about our stay! The host was always available for any questions, making it easy to resolve any issues. Thank you so much! A few small ideas to make the place even better: - It’d be great to have some extra cleaning supplies (like a vacuum) for longer stays. - The bathroom lighting is a bit dim—brighter lights would be a helpful upgrade! - A few kitchen and bathroom cabinets are a bit sticky and could use a little TLC. - Adding a lidded trash bin near the toilet would be a handy touch.

The best aspect of our stay was the view and the beds - sunsets from here are impeccable and the beds are cozy. The host is a good communicator and the property manager is highly responsive and attentive to concerns. Overall our stay was good and pleasurable.

Noi has always helped us whatever need . Thank you noi , I will definitely stay in your place again in future . We were facing some sound problem due to the ac in one of our room but Noi replaced the ac with a new one as soon as we informed. I recommend everyone if you looking for a peace place with this budget then best place you can find this.

Piotr’s place is a great place if your looking for somewhere convenient and calm in Phuket. Check in was very easy and the place was spotless. Any issues and questions were resolved super quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would like to to thank the host G***** for his hospitality and his flexibility he allowed us to check in way before because we run away from a scammy Airbnb in Phuket extremely recommend this Airbnb because Rawai is the best calm + luxurious area in south Phuket, you can rent a motorbike from the outside the compound, you will find a 7/11 also near it, basically everything you need is here + the private pool is something you will never regret using everyday after a long day trying thai food and fine dining at the top michelin restaurants in old town Phuket

It is a very nice apartment with a comfortable environment and beautiful scenery. Watching the sunset and having dinner at the rooftop pool is a wonderful moment. The room price is completely acceptable and is great value for money.

Ida's place is exactly like the photos. The heated rooftop pool has a great view. The self check in and out was super flexible and easy to find. The place itself is spacious with a nice balcony. The building is older and has some wear and tear. The apartment has a slight musty scent but very clean. Ida had great communication and was a great host. Overall, I would stay again.

I could say that the place is very great. Beyond our expection. Very walkable to lots of 7eleven, souvenirs shop and have great views from the balcony. Everything in the place really comfort us which makes us feel like staying in the hotel. Very good host too. Very understanding on what we inquiries and easy to communicate. Loved our stay in Phuket. Enjoyed the beautiful, private accommodations with a gorgeous view and a short walk to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants either walking distance or a tuk tuk ride away. Soam is super responsive to any questions about the place as is Steven. Neung, our driver, is available for transportation as well. Everything was lovely.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and felt very secure. It’s in a great location—close to attractions, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet with no loud noises at night. Zoey was absolutely wonderful—so helpful, kind, and always responsive. She was there whenever we needed anything and made our stay so smooth. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Phuket(patong).

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Lovely condo in Phuket! Spacious, clean, and modern with everything we needed. Nice location near the beach. The pool was great, WiFi fast, and the host was very helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay. Bad things - too stiff hill to climb to return from the beach and lack of restaurants in the area - better to rent a bike and go eat in central Surin or Kamala for nice dining. Would book again!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.
