Ivan and his assistant Ivan also, were absolute stars,they picked us all up from the airport and any journey on our week stay they run us everywhere and even late return journeys they were on hand to pick us up. The villa is superb and peaceful and very clean. They offered suggestions for restaurants and bars and day outs. They were so friendly and a pleasure to meet. All our 9 had a great time and were sad at leaving. We will keep in touch and if you are thinking of going to Split make sure you book this villa. Ivan thanks for making our holiday a trip to remember,you were an absolute brilliant host and Ivan (driver) was a great reliable careful driver. We will miss you both.

Beautiful, pristine, spacious holiday villa with lovely outdoor facilities, including a beautiful pool. Great hosts who went above and beyond to help us and to make our stay very enjoyable. Excellent residential location, 5 - 10 minutes walk from lovely local beach fronts, shops, bars and restaurants. Close enough to Split and other attractions, and a wide variety of things to do and places to visit. A great place to stay.

Modern villa with a nice pool and outdoor area. We spent a week in this beautiful villa. The villa is very well and modernly equipped and was spotlessly clean. Tanja is an excellent host and was available at any time if we had any questions. Would highly recommend!

The owner was very kind and helpful, and communication with her was very fluent. We got a lot of good information from her regarding restaurants and activities. She made a big effort helping us prepare our daughter's 9 year birthday party which we are truly grateful. We arrived at Split airport early morning and we agreed with owner that we can drop our luggage to apartment before check-in. The apartment was exactly like in the photos and matched the description. The apartment and the yard was very clean. The pool was warm and there were some toys available. There were fruits, drinks and other groceries ready for us at the apartment when we arrived. Neighborhood was peaceful. Nice beaches and some restaurants within walking distance and more available with bicycle. Also nearest grocery store and bakery were conveniently close by.

Perfectly secluded house. Everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for many guests and all the amenities you need.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

This outstanding house is a dream getaway! It has absolutely everything you need, and is in a great location - walking distance from the beach, marina, restaurants, bars and a shop for daily bits and bobs, then a cheap Uber into Split for everything else! It felt super luxurious to have the cinema room, games room, spa and gym, plus great outdoor space with plenty seating/sunbathing options - we also loved cooking outside. The patio is a sun trap protected from the wind which was ideal for sunbathing. The hosts were great, great communication even when I made a mistake with the booking. We were greeted with nibbles and juices which was an extra treat, and the nearby host came straight away when we had an issue with the WiFi which got resolved immediately. Couldn't recommend enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is absolutely perfect — close to a mall with a grocery store, yet peaceful and private. It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to downtown of Split. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The pool area is wonderful. It had everything we needed and more — from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. Our host was wonderful — very sweet, super helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they truly care about creating a great experience. We felt right at home and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Beautiful villa perched in the hills above with a great view of the sea! Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds! Very clean!

Lovely villa with lots of activites inside the villa. Huge garden which was nice. About 15-20 minutes taxi to downtown which we had no issue with booking and was very cheap. Gordan was a great and friendly host, answered all our questions and had great recommendations. We had a great time at his villa.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

Nice and quite place. Easy to reach Split by Bus (the stop is 1 min by foot from the house). Hosts are really nice and friendly.

Outstanding Villa with breathtaking views. Very helpful at check in with recommendations on where to eat and clear instructions. The two men that checked us in went over and above, we asked for help one day and they turned up within 10 minutes. They really have thought of everything and was more than a home from home. Felt impossible to leave!! Must stay!! Will recommend to anyone visiting split. It is up a hill but Ubers are easy enough to old town and 10/15 euro. Very clean, even luxurious accommodation. All promised and described things and functions worked and were carefully considered. The service provider communicated and, for example, answered questions quickly and kindly throughout the trip. It is worth having a car, without it being inconvenient, for example, to go to a larger store. We ordered a private chef for one day, and it worked great on the premises with a group of nine people. Both in terms of the kitchen, grill and serving. Clean and comfortable sleeping areas, a large, very functional common area, as well as a courtyard and pool area. BIg recommendation!

Wonderfull Villa, just like the pictures. Cosy, very clean, perfect for a family vacation. The swimming pool was just what we needed after a hot day of sightseeing.

Anja was an outstanding host who always responded to messages promptly and provided great recommendations in the city. Everything in the accommodation was in perfect order and even exceeded our expectations. If I'm ever in Split again, I would definitely book this place again.

Jelena and Duje are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble at all. The house is spotless and has everything you need and more we were even left toilet rolls, washing powder , foil etc Would recommend highly and would book again! Thank you for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home.

Villa Olive was perfect for my 5 friends and I. We could easily get Uber's into split or to the beach. The villa was beautiful and had so many different amenities. We could easily cook full meals and we even had a BBQ over a wood fire (they had all the great BBQ tongs etc). We had a lovely time by the pool and it pretty much has sun all day! The TV worked well and we even watched Eurovision whilst we were out there.

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

We compared here with the four of us and greatly enjoyed our house and also certainly the accommodation. We arrived in the afternoon and they very kindly offered to take us from the main street to the cottage due to traffic conditions. Communication was very good and they were very helpful. Definitely recommended and very grateful that we were allowed to stay here.
