This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).

This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot.
