Great place, clean and spacious

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Trogir but within easy walking distance from the old town. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped and the inclusion of air con and a designated parking space make it especially attractive. Jelena is a great host, who responds within minutes to any questions. We would definitely recommend her apartment.

v comfortable apartment, loved the egg seat. Our stay was late in season, so alot of restaurants/beach bars were closed. But against that it was v quiet and peaceful. lovely beach close to apartment. Ivo answered any query v quickly. Balcony was a particular favour hangout for us.

From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Trogir is beautiful, and this accommodation is in the center of that beauty. You have everything you need for a good stay. The stairs are a little uncomfortable to climb with large suitcases (our mistake).

A professionally run listing, with a fantastic personal touch. A peaceful location with plenty of outdoor space and well maintained pool. Internally well designed with very extensively equipped kitchen. Mario very responsive to all our questions and he went above and beyond with advice about local medical facilities when needed for our daughter. And an extra shout out his mum who helped us enormously also. Everything was clean and comfortable, short drive to local beaches for great swimming, and plenty of supermarkets within the vicinity. Thank you Mario and family.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We loved our stay at Tanja's. Everything was just as expected, even better than expected. The apartments were very clean and had everything we needed. Tanja greeted us when we arrived, gave us great recommendations, made reservations for us when we needed, and went above and beyond to return to us items we left behind. The pool area was lovely and the area around Tanja's was very fun to explore.

Very nice place to enjoy private pool with hydro massage corner, waterfall and olives trees garden arround. No neighbors is a big plus, very quiet, some noise from near airport, but not disturbing much, even enjoined to watch the plains. Already visited this place two times and will come again in future.

Fantastic place tht little bit of outdoor space made me feel so privileged, the use of the bikes was amazing and the location cannot be beaten super close to all the action without the noice which i imagine comes with it down a little cul-de-sac thing and yeah amazing! 0 complaints super helpful and responsive host also

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

was a nice place to stay. We came in the dark in the evening and we woke up to a super nice view within walking 😍 distance of a (pebble) beach where we had a nice snorkel. Otherwise, everything was neat and clean.

We are completely satisfied with the accommodation! Air conditioning in each room, fully equipped kitchen, clean dishwasher, a large balcony where we liked to have breakfast and dinner. I can gladly recommend it. Marko was a very friendly host, and we had no questions and no problems. The location is particularly suitable for families, it was our second vacation in Kaštela. Quiet beaches with shallow entry, showers, rentals. A little further on you will find the old town and restaurants. In 15 minutes you can reach Trogir, in 30 minutes Split, you can have a nice afternoon trip.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
