Beachfront vacation rentals in Kaštel Štafilić

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Adele was a lovely genuine host. The accommodation was very well equipped. Sea right outside the door...many restaurants nearby ranging from Mala Mora to Fast food ...which we had the most amazing burger ! Parking was an absolute bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you Adele.

We stayed in an old stone house that is a perfect blend of modern and rustic style. When we went up to the roof terrace, the view stretched from Vitturi Castle, which is 50 meters as the crow flies from the accommodation, over the sea and all the way to the islands in the distance. When night fell, we stayed on the terraces that have a fascinating view of the sunset. Thanks to the hosts who were always available and gave us all the help, especially with finding parking since we stayed in the old town. We walked along the Kaštela promenade, which stretches for several kilometers. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby. This was one of the best places we've stayed.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect. The view alone is worth booking this place for—panoramic and picture-perfect, overlooking the coast and beach - It took our breath away every single day. Vlado and Marianne were incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and more!). Their hospitality exceeded all our expectations. The house itself was spotless, fully equipped, and had everything we could possibly want. To top it off, they even provided bikes for us, which was such a thoughtful bonus and made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Thank you - we’ll be back!!!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

The apt was clean, modern, great views,. Host picked us up and dropped us off from airport. She was friendly, quick to respond and hospitable. Love loved our stay!!

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. The best Airbnb I've stayed in. The villa was flawless, and exactly as pictured. Communication was excellent, with near instant responses from both the Airbnb booking company, and our amazing host Ružica. Ružica was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond, being very flexible for checking-in and out. The location was very convenient, and while easier with a car, you could definitely get by without. There’s a nice beach a short walk away, a few different restaurants along the coast, and Trogir and Split airport are only 10 minutes away. The house itself is well equipped with everything you could need including: beach towels, bath robes, wine fridge, coffee & ice machines, BBQ and all rooms had an ensuite, individually controlled AC, and super king beds (two separable singles). All the rooms are stunning, the house was clean and well organised. Finally, the gorgeous pool, with a constant depth of around 150cm, that fits everyone at once - we wish we had more time there to enjoy it.

I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

The apartment looks exactly like the photos and fully matches its description. It was really furnished with a lot of love for detail and especially in the kitchen you will find everything you could need! We felt right at home! Communication with Marijana went smoothly and she welcomed us in person, as well as gave us many tips for the area. The location of the apartment is unbeatable - you can reach the fantastic old town of Trogir in 4 minutes. The courtyard of the apartment is just as beautiful as shown in the photos and often other tourists stopped to take pictures. (The approach path from Split Airport goes right over the house - very fascinating!) All in all, the perfect apartment with a super nice landlady. We will definitely come back!

A wonderful vacation in a fantastic accommodation! We can only agree with the very good previous reviews: a place of well-being to relax and enjoy. The house is very tasteful and well thought out. Everything is there to make a vacation pleasant. Chilling in the beautiful garden right by the sea, fireplace in bad weather, barbecue, small quiet bathing bay around the corner, restaurants within walking distance of the harbor, beautiful excursions in the area. In addition, the very nice landlords, who respond quickly and competently at all times and value good and personal communication. We spent our honeymoon here and enjoyed every second. The apartment was very clean, it had everything you needed, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment. The apartment is as described. There is also a bench and a swing next to the house. The area is pleasant, there is a bar and a small shop next to it, very close to the beach. Larger shops and a bakery are within a 10-minute walk. Josip is a very nice host. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The accommodation is very clean. It is ideally placed to go to the beach, walk on the embankment. Close to Split and Trogir. We were greeted with small touches that are heartwarming. Thanks for hosting us.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!
