This land with its old-fashioned townscape and famous water is hot in summer and cold in winter. But that's why the rice, vegetables, and meat are also delicious. There are many areas where nature remains, but few areas where the old townscape remains intact. I want to preserve this townscape. To that end, I want many people to experience a nostalgic way of life and culture. As such a place, we renovated a row house left by our ancestors and opened it as the Daiji, a soy sauce shop that had closed. You are always welcome! In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

A wonderful place up in the mountains of Kyoto. You can feel the city fade away and you are enveloped by the smell of grass and sweet tea. The tea tour was extremely fun and interesting. Daiki has excellent answers to any of your questions, and the tea and food is delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I returned 2 years later. tea moon is a wonderfully restored traditional Japanese house that is cozy clean and quiet. You can wake up with a tea bath and a beautiful view of the fields. I would rate higher if possible. Worth every dollar

Staying in this beautiful home was such a wonderful mix of traditional Japanese living with the comforts of modern living with very easy to use clean kitchen and bathrooms and shower. My family enjoyed the open air bath however I found myself enjoying it every evening we stayed for some time to soak the muscles and hear the sound of someone playing nearby piano and the summer rain. Akane is such a lovely host, offering us help and showing us around the home and local recommendations when we arrived early. She also popped by to swap our towels for fresh ones and was easily reached whenever we needed extra help. I highly recommend staying in this home, you will be submerged into the history of Kyoto mixed with comfortable living ♥️

The Host was very welcoming and wrote a welcome sign at the door. Although it was very far and tiring to walk from JR Station, it was still comforting to see such a warm welcome.After ringing the doorbell, the Host ran all the way to greet us. She was a very polite and friendly woman: she helped us with our luggage, showed us around the house, and gave us a lot of good advice and tips.On the day of departure, the Host was also very welcoming and offered to take us to the JR Station by private car to take the train.Despite some language barriers (we are mainland Chinese, sometimes we don't understand English), we still talked a lot: anime, band...The environment is very beautiful, there are some flowers and plants in the small yard, the air is fresh, and there is a shrine next to it that can calm our hearts.Overall, the experience of this trip is very good and worth trying.The last sentence is to tell us Chinese people: it is very worth trying, trust us, Chinese people do not lie to Chinese people!
