Villa vacation rentals in Karuizawa, Kitasaku District

This was a wonderful place! It was pristine and had every amenity you could need. It was also centrally located by car-- very close to Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort. The host was very responsive and kind to our questions, even though there was a sign that answered one of our questions😅. Our dogs loved the open space, too. Our only regret is not staying there longer!

Perfect location, walking distance to Ruze Villa where we attended a wedding. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We were grateful to the owner who reached out to us after finding my brother’s passport.

It was a great experience staying at Brook Cottage Minakami. There are three things that were especially good: * Excellent access to rafting spots!: It was a short distance to the rafting meeting point, and the preparation for the morning was smooth.I think it's the best location for those who want to enjoy the activities. * Pet-friendly inn: I was able to stay with my dog, which was very helpful.Since you can spend time without worrying about the surroundings, we can wholeheartedly recommend it to those with pets. * Relax in a spacious single-family house: Since we rented the whole house, the living room and bedroom were spacious, and the whole family was able to relax and relax.It felt like being at home. The host was friendly and helpful in facilitating a comfortable stay.I think it's a perfect place for those who want to enjoy activities in Minakami Town, if you want to travel with pets, or if you want to relax in a large group.We would like to stay there again.Thank you so much!

We had a great 2 nights with 2 big families. We cooked lunch on the bbq. The host was so responsive - even posting some luggage we left behind!!

Peaceful, comfortable, beautiful environment

Sayuri was one of the most helpful and outgoing hosts I've ever stayed with. For weeks leading up to the trip, she provided advice and recommendations and was always thorough and patient. The house is modern and clean with a great mix of comfortable memory foam beds as well as the option to sleep in the more Japanese style with mattes on the floor. Our kids loved the Japanese style while my wife and I enjoyed a more Western friendly mattress. The house is across the street from a bus station, grocery store, bicycle rental, coffee shops, and restaurants. everyone we encountered in town was warm and friendly. I look forward to returning to Minakami and this house.

the accommodation was very comfortable for two people. on-site parking and a large private onsen was amazing. kitchen had all appliances you need. the place was immaculately clean and welcoming. the location is right beside the main road of akakura and is walking distance to restaurants and ski hire. our host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. she gave us discount coupons for ski lift tickets and cleared the driveway after big snowfalls before we even woke up. beds can be separated to make two singles and the bed linen was soft and clean. thanks for having us. we would highly recommend this place to anyone :)

It was the best stay I've had so far. It said to contact them in advance for the check-in time, so I contacted them after noon on the day. When I arrived on time, they welcomed me while shoveling snow, and they also helped me carry my luggage. The interior was very clean. There was plenty of dishes and cooking appliances, and there was no inconvenience in cooking. (There were no seasonings provided.) There were also three toilets and washrooms, so there was no problem staying with 10 people. I didn't use the washing machine, but there was a very large washing machine. It was Kusatsu Onsen in the middle of winter, but there was air conditioning and floor heating, so I didn't feel cold indoors at all. Bathing was decided at the bathing time as described, but I think it was necessary from a safety point of view. There are 3 showers, and the bathtub is large enough for 3 adults to stretch out. It was great with a clean and well-kept hot spring. There was also a heater, and the water didn't get cold. The location was about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, a 5-minute drive to a supermarket, and about a 10-minute walk to Yubatake. There are many slopes and the roads are not cleared of snow, so if you are not used to it, you need to be careful when visiting in winter, but I think the location is perfect. After checking out, they kept our luggage so we could enjoy Kusatsu Onsen to our heart's content. I highly recommend this place to stay for those considering visiting Kusatsu.

We rented the Forest Villa for a family vacation, and it was perfect for everyone from the kids to the grandparents. The house was lovely, and had a well set up kitchen, karaoke set up, washer and dryer, and best of all a huge bath where you could soak and look out at the trees. Peaceful and fun!

The infinity bath overflowing with groundwater, the liberating feeling of having a private view of Lake Nojiri, the picturesque pier, and the excellent Makino sauna. Next time, I want to extend the time and bring a canoe.Thank you for letting us use your wonderful facilities.

I used it for a family anniversary.The response to messages was very quick, and the polite service gave me peace of mind during my stay. The view from the room was also wonderful because it was all glass, and we had a special time in a special atmosphere. I had the impression that the lights in the room were a little dark overall, but even then, the host was very attentive and immediately suggested using a standing light. The host was very kind, and I contacted them at the last minute, around 21: 00, but they responded immediately.Thank you very much. The road to the building is quite steep, and the asphalt was a little rough in some places, so if you get carsick easily, you might want to be a little careful.My friend, who gets drunk easily, had a little too much.However, we will arrive in about 15 minutes, so I don't think we will be too drunk. Other than that, I was very satisfied! We had a relaxing and enjoyable time!Thank you!

We had a time in a luxurious space. The host was always available and responsive. The bed is also fluffy and the sleeping comfort is the best. I think it's great because there are snowboards and a wax room available in the winter season. If you come to Hakuba, you'll definitely want to stay here again!

The facilities were well equipped, and it was very comfortable with most cooking utensils, dishes, and garbage bags even if they weren't there!There was also floor heating, and it was comfortable at night when it was somewhat cold, even though it was GW.It was also nice to have a quick and kind response.I want to use it again.Thank you very much.

Joyce and Villa B were incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is well thought out, impeccably maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The Onsen was relaxing and great to dip in after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a meal for 4. Added bonus of complementary drinks and gelato was wonderful. The restaurant is a must and a unique experience. The bus station is a 1 min walk. I was able to grab my gear from the drying room, hop on with my skis, boots, gear and be on the mountain in 30 min. The staff made the trip so much better. Everyone was wonderful. They were there for any questions we had, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and were the nicest people. I cannot wait to come back and relax again. Oh also the pajamas are some of the most comfortable lightweight things on the planet. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The house is great but the road to get in is a bit narrow, so be careful if you are driving large car when the car turns.

This place just simply great for our large group. Lots of very well equipped rooms. Wonderful living space with elegantly furnished which made it feel like a luxurious villa house. Extremely lovely surroundings for a walk around. Kids had a wonderful time. Regret that we booked just for a night only. We will come back again.
