On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
