Högt i tak och gott om utrymme både inne och ute. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Perfekt ställe för vila och rekreation. Det ingår cyklar, kajaker och SUP:ar (2 av varje) och närheten till sport och friluftsliv är god. Värmland lockar med sin kultur, besök Lerinmuseet, Alma Löv, Berättarladan eller....

Möjlighet att hyra vedeldad bastu mot en extra kostnad. Stugan är 40 kvm + loftet. Inte så stor men fin! Glad om stugan lämnas städad, ren och snygg! Välkomna!

Välkommen till lugna Råtorp. Beläget ungefär 3km ifrån Karlstads centrum. Bostaden ligger på markplan med egen ingång. 160cm säng finns samt en bäddsoffa med två platser vardera. Busshållplats ligger med 1-2minuters gångavstånd från boendet som tar dig in till stan på 7 minuter. Busslinjen går även hela vägen upp till Karlstads universitetet. Med en 15 minuters promenad över den nya bron tar du dig enkelt till Löfbergs lila arena. Boendet har en gratis parkeringsplats och wifi.

Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)

The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. Wir haben fünf Nächte in dem gemütlichen Holzhaus verbracht und uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Für uns war es fast noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Es gibt einen Kamin und einen Grill - unsere Highlights. Die Küche hatte auch alle notwendigen Utensilien und es war insgesamt sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell, freundlich und problemlos. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, daher ist ein Auto zu empfehlen. Wir würden sofort wieder für ein paar ruhige, erholsame und gemütliche Tage hinfahren!

I enjoyed my stay here and it felt private. I had everything i needed; the bed was made, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, a terrace. Nice location close to supermarket and bus stop, nice neighbourhood and nice nature area! All in all just what i needed:)

Vi har haft fantastiska dagar i detta hus. Tydliga instruktioner, otroligt fint och modernt. Vi hade även med barnen på resan som uppskattade gungställningen och poolen extra mycket. Vi rekomenderar varmt andra att hyra av Felicia och David. 😀 / Hanna med flera
