Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Totally renovated house The place have a private sandbeach, and You have about 4000m2 private plot. You can easily park 3 cars in the driveway. Its a perfect place for families. You can swim, fish, using a boat in the big lake. Its 5 km to the small town Filipstad, with restaurants, shops, etc. Notice that bedroom number 4 are a small cottage by the waterfront, with 4 beds :) Welcome to a small paradise :-)

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. Large plot to romp on. Private Beach and pier , as well as a little boat you can fish from. Great place in both summer and winter. About 15 minutes to the slalom slope and on the plot you have your own hill. Eda golf course can be reached in 15 minutes by car. It has a small barn with its own little workshop and double garage.
