Our cabin is for those who want to enjoy quiet days in the forest with their own swimming jetty, sauna and excursions. During the right season, there is also a good chance to find mushrooms in the forest and in winter you can relax in front of the tiled stove and maybe even skate on the ice. Nearby are marinas, fishing grounds, and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. The upper floor is rented summer time in the turn-of-the-century villa, newly renovated in older style. The floor is about 140 sqm with own entrance. Access to garden with several patios, the house is located at a smaller forest area with oaks. Walking distance to grocery store, sea with marina and city centre. Biking distance to surrounding nature and swimming areas. Also downstairs is rented out, possibility to hire the whole house, then we open up between the apartments.

Close to grocery stores and all karlshamns shops, or why not visit some of our nice restaurants or bars. The entrance to the courtyard is communal but the house is completely separate with a small smaller patio. Free parking is available on the street just outside. About 0.5 km from the sea, and 0.5 km from the town square , in a very quiet street.
