The apartment is in an older barn building and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is an exit directly to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

The cottage is located at the end of a peninsula and can be reached by car. Nearby are shipyards, café and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with trampoline for games and play. TV and Wi-Fi are available. Full access to the whole house and plot except storage sheds.

You live centrally and peacefully in the house (86 m2) which is newly renovated except for the bathroom. The house has 4 beds in 2 bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Mörrumsån/2 grocery stores/Music Cafe'/Gallery Mobacken/Café Ljusagård/Laxens hus/train station/hiking trails/bicycle trails. It is 4.5 km to Elleholm's swimming area, which is located in a nature reserve. The golf course is 2.7 km away. Electric car charging is not allowed. You bring your own bed linen and towels. Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas med vacker utsikt mot havet. Hörvik är en underbar liten fiskeby med många vackra hus och promenadstråk. En idyllisk plats året om! Huset ligger intill ett naturreservat och bara 50 meter till egen brygga. Hörvik har egna fiskrestauranger, glasskiosk, badstränder och gym med havsutsikt. 10 min bort med bil ligger en stormarknad med mataffär, restaurang, apotek och flera butiker. Sölvesborg ligger 20 minuters bilfärd bort, en vacker pittoresk stad.

Det finns flera fina badplatser med mindre sandstränder i området (100-1000m ). Enklare roddbåt med 5hk motor finns nere vid stranden. Sjösatt mellan Juni och slutet av Augusti. (annars på begäran) Husets lummiga läge gör att det är svalt även under högsommaren. Bra fiskevatten där man kan få gädda, abborre, torsk mm.

Somewhat secluded location on our property. In the middle of the forest with a great chance to meet wild animals.
