Nice kiosk that is open all summer can be found in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3,5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Parking space on site and as a tenant you have your own entrance to the property. You also have a small secluded tree hallway.
